We were recommended to Mark Hawthorne, who also owns landmark investments to extend his home. The large corner plot is in a prestige area of Bolton of which he wanted to maximise the potential. The proposal was to demolish the existing garages and building a new double garage with games room above, as well as extending the kitchen 9m to the rear and proved an extended bedroom above. We submitted the planning application and provided construction drawings for the project.
