We were commissioned to look at a potential residential development in a Green Belt area of Bolton. We explain to the client the potential restrictions with building on Green Belt areas, but with changes to policies on allowing conversions of existing agricultural buildings, we arrived with the proposed demolition. The demolition of the existing barn & stable block and construction of the stone house & double garage could begin.
