We have previously worked with the developer Osborne & Co (Warrington) Ltd on a A1 retail unit and following the good working relationship  we were asked to look at the potential redevelopment of the Office accommodation within the barns. The development has already received planning for the demolition of the barn and the construction of the 6 dwellings. The developer had seen the potential redevelopment of the existing buildings so we provided feasibilities for the conversion and proposal of a new semi-detach house. We submitted for planning and provided construction drawings for the build and the project is expected to be finished in October 2016
