A previous Architects had submitted drawings for a redevelopment which was refused. Walker Design was recommended to Mozam Hussian via an existing client, we took the brief, liaised with the local authority and achieved an  approval for the detached stone house. The council was very particular over the detail of the house due to the listed dwelling next door. Walker Design worked the drawings up for construction and issued to contractors for completive tender, we then manage the project on behalf of the client through to completion.
