Our existing Spar franchise took a lease on the building and we were put forward but them to the developer, Osborne & Co (Warrington) Ltd. The developer has already been granted planning approval but because of our retail knowledge we asked to work the drawing thought for construction and manage the project on their behalf. This was our first job for Osborne & Co and we went on to work with them on other retail and residential projects.
