The existing shop is dated and to small by current day standard. The idea shop size for convenience is 4000sqft so Walker Design we are to come up with design proposals for extension to achieve this figure. All redevelopment through up planning implication but due to our experience in the retail sector we were able to address the issues and achieve a planning approval for a 4000sqft retail store.
